Naples to Positano snack stop (Oasi)

We often get hungry on the drive between Positano and Naples, especially if we're driving through lunch or dinner time. Luckily there is a brilliant place to stop off at, half way through the journey.  It's easy to find, situated opposite Bikini Beach, and if you're driving from Naples it's after the second long tunnel and before the third. On the left hand side of the road, painted bright blue, you really can't miss it.
Pull in and park wherever you can.
You know you're in the right place if there are hundreds of hams hanging up in front of you.
Now, you can order whatever you like, but Oasi is famous for its Saltimboccas. A flat pizza bread cooked in a wood oven, the most popular one is stuffed with fresh mozzarella and prosciutto crudo, although you can choose your own fillings from the counter.
I chose mozzarella and broccoli (the Italian broccoli which is more leaves than florets). Now, there are a few tables to sit at inside and a few stone benches outside, but for some reason we always carry our hot saltimboccas back to the car and have a feast right there. Not very cool really but if you park the car in the right place you have a view of the bay of Naples with Vesuvius looming nearby and boats bobbing by on the sea...
I think everyone feels happy when their lunch does this:
